AI Innovation in Europe
Accelerat.ai is a multilingual chatbot project backed by a €34.5 million investment from the Government of Portugal’s 2021 Recovery and Resilience Plan. Covering European Portuguese, French and Spanish and Italian, German and English, we’re developing a conversational AI assistant that can understand and interact in both high- and low-resource languages. Our primary aim is to automate customer support resolutions, which will lead to significant cost savings for both the public and private sectors. This is a step toward our broader vision: to make high-quality AI technology accessible to a wider variety of language speakers worldwide.
