These activities include asking individuals to pay for plans, recruit others for commissions and engage in schemes that promise a payout after an upfront payment. We are currently aware of these activities taking place in Brazil, but they may also be occurring in other countries.

To be clear, Defined.ai never requests payments from individuals and does not operate under any other name.
