7 May 2021
Dr. Daniela Braga joined the High-Level Working Group on Competitiveness and Growth to discuss Europe’s digital future
Seattle, Washington, USA, 06 May 2021 – Founder and CEO of DefinedCrowd, Dr. Daniela Braga, was invited to participate in the latest meeting of the High-Level Working Group on Competitiveness and Growth as they discussed the path towards European digital sovereignty in industry and internal market policy.
Dr. Braga joined a prestigious group consisting of general directors of the Ministry of Economies from the 27 EU member states, as well as representatives of the European Commission, to present her arguments on why the creation of unicorns within artificial intelligence industry is essential to ensuring digital sovereignty is attained.

“It was an honor to be invited to participate in this meeting, especially on a topic that is so close to my heart. As artificial intelligence becomes as ubiquitous as software, we need to set up frameworks to ensure European entrepreneurs and innovators in this space are supported. By creating ecosystems that enable the creation of more unicorns, Europe will certainly achieve its goal of attaining digital sovereignty. I am hugely excited to be part of this journey, contributing to Europe’s digital autonomy and independence. Our future is bright.”
The High-Level Working Group on Competitiveness and Growth met today, May 6th, during the morning local time, via videoconference.
